This downloadable program is a very low-calorie plan. This was designed for someone whose daily activity is VERY low (desk job, bank teller) and that person does not workout. If you do start incorporating workouts (which is highly recommend) you would increase your calories! You can adjust your meal plan as you need to by figuring out what your calories should be at using a free macro calculator online! We come in all shapes and sizes so one meal plan your friend is using might not be the meal plan YOU should be using. There is not a one size fits all calorie plan out there.
Example: If you use a macro calculator and input 29 yr old female who is 110lbs, 5’0 tall, does not work out, and works a desk job the calories would be close to 1200. If that same woman incorporates training into her lifestyle the calories should be closer to 1500 (depending on the type of training she may even need more calories!)
This downloadable program is a very detailed meal plan showing exact meals and measurements as well as breaking down each meals macronutrients! Every meal listed in this plan shows exactly how many calories, carbs, fats, and protein you are consuming. There is also a MASTER MACRONUTRIENT list included with over 125 different food options you can replace in your meal plan so you can switch out different foods each week and not eat the same repetitive meals!
This program also goes over what a macronutrient is, how many calories are in each one, the difference between simple and complex carbs, complete vs incomplete protein, & the different types of fats.
